Verdener Keks- und Waffelfabrik Hans Freitag GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business in Verden that has been producing fine cookies with great care and love for more than 76 years. We produce around 130 different cookie and wafer products in bags and other packaging and market them nationally and internationally. 

Production assistant (m/f/d)

For our Verden site we are looking for full-time production assistants (m/f/d) in shifts with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

• Operating ovens and packaging machines
• Stacking boxes on pallets (filled and empty) with careful working methods
• Pouring cookies and wafers onto conveyor belts to ensure a smooth production process
• Filling and stacking finished goods boxes
• Cleaning boxes in the washing line in compliance with hygiene regulations

What you should bring with you:

• Reliability and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
• You enjoy physical work and are able to work in a concentrated and efficient manner, even in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shift, optional night shift) is no problem for you, as you are flexible and able to work under pressure
• Initial experience in production or working with machines is an advantage, but not a prerequisite - we will provide you with comprehensive training to familiarize you with your tasks
