We produce around 130 different biscuit and wafer products in bags and other packaging and market them nationally and internationally.

Product Development Employee (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for full-time support for our company.

Your tasks:

• Collaborating on the development of new products and the optimization of existing recipes – from the initial idea to market launch.
• Working closely with the production, quality management, sales, and purchasing departments on the implementation of product developments.
• Carrying out baking tests on the production facilities and evaluating and documenting technical feasibility
• Selecting and testing new raw materials in coordination with purchasing and quality management

What you should bring with you:

• A completed apprenticeship or degree in food technology or similar – preferably with additional qualifications (e.g., food technician)
• Several years of experience in industrial food production, ideally with a focus on product development
• Technical understanding of processes and machines
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of collaboration
