Verdener Keks- und Waffelfabrik Hans Freitag GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business in Verden that has been producing fine cookies with great care and love for many decades. We produce around 130 different cookie and wafer products in bags and other packaging and market them nationally and internationally.

Machine and system operator (m/f/d)

For our Verden site, we are looking for full-time machine and system operators (m/f/d) on a shift basis with immediate effect.

Your tasks: 

  • Operating and monitoring production machines and packaging systems
  • Feeding materials and monitoring the production flow
  • Assisting with retooling and cleaning work on the machines
  • Carrying out simple quality checks and documentation
  • Reporting faults and assisting with troubleshooting

What you should bring with you:

  • Several years of professional experience in production or machine operation - ideally in the food industry
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift, optional night shift)
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and enjoy physical work
