We are looking for:
Machine and plant operators (m/f/d)
Location: Schneverdingen | Full-time | Fixed-term until 31 October 2026
Your tasks
- You will set up the packaging systems and work with your team to ensure that production runs smoothly
- Regular process and function checks are a matter of course for you
- You will rectify minor malfunctions yourself or forward them to the technical department
- You will monitor and control our packaging systems and ensure that quality and efficiency are up to standard
- You distribute our biscuits and wafers cleanly and evenly on the conveyor belts.
- You pack the finished goods into the outer cartons.
- In doing so, you ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety standards and carry out regular cleaning work.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training – preferably in a technical field – or comparable experience and skills.
- Reliability, team spirit and personal responsibility, combined with technical understanding.
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late and possibly night shifts).
- Good written and spoken German
- Ideally, a driving licence for industrial trucks
