We produce around 130 different biscuit and wafer products in bags and other packaging and market them nationally and internationally.

IT Service Manager (m/f/d) at the Schneverdingen site

We are looking for full-time support for our IT department with immediate effect

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for hardware and software problems
• End user support for employees (remote and on-site)
• Qualification, processing and dispatching of incoming support requests
• Support for client systems from the Microsoft environment and adjustments to existing systems in the Microsoft server environment
• Documentation of your activities in our ticket system
• Support for rollouts and the expansion of IT infrastructures
• Modernisation and independent optimisation of work processes at the site

What you should bring with you:

• Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in the IT sector
• Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with people
• Good written and spoken German
• Experience in supporting Windows client operating systems and standard programs
• Basic knowledge of network technology and Windows server operating systems
• Independent and structured way of working
• It would be an advantage to be willing to work at the Verden site from time to time
• Class B driving licence
