Around 130 different biscuit and wafer products are manufactured in bags and other packaging formats and are marketed both nationally and internationally.

Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) – Full-time

We are looking for an experienced full-time specialist (38 hours per week) for our payroll department, with a focus on wage processing.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent execution of payroll processing for approx. 60–80 hourly-paid employees
• Recording of allowances, working time models, and absences
• Handling reporting and certification processes as well as maintaining employee master data
• Acting as a contact person for employees, health insurance funds, and public authorities
• Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations
• Supporting process optimization and digitalization projects in the payroll area

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in payroll accounting
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and salary accounting
• Solid knowledge of income tax and social security law, as well as experience with collective agreements (ideally in an industrial environment) desirable
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style with strong team and service orientation
