Employee as Technical Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Technical Manager (m/f/d) from July 2024

Your tasks:

• Guidance as well as professional support and further development of approx. 18 employees in the technical department (electrics and metalworking)
• Ensuring plant availability and effective maintenance and repair coordination with all producing departments
• Planning, calculation and implementation of small and large technical projects in cooperation with the plant management and the commercial management
• Analysis and optimisation of maintenance-relevant procedures and processes
• Independent implementation of personnel planning and employee appraisals

What you should bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience desirable, ideally in the food industry
• A very good solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking
• Perseverance and enthusiasm paired with good communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility and a high degree of initiative
• Good written and spoken German and English skills and confident handling of MS Office applications
• Reliability and ability to work in a team as well as a confident, friendly manner
