Employee as Head of Packaging (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Packaging Manager (m/f/d) for our production department with immediate effect

Your tasks:

• Guidance and professional development of employees in the packaging department
• Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of economic, qualitative, sustainable and occupational safety aspects
• Analysis, optimisation and further development of process and team workflows in cooperation with the plant management
• Employee planning and performance of employee appraisalsInvolvement in projects

What you should bring with you:

• Successfully completed training or relevant further training in the food industry or in another relevant technical field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a team leader or manager in a manufacturing company
• Own initiative and interest in implementing process optimisations
• Confident handling of Office applications and organisational skills
• Reliability and ability to work in a team as well as a confident, friendly manner
