Verdener Keks- und Waffelfabrik Hans Freitag GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business in Verden that has been producing fine biscuits with great care and love for more than 76 years. We produce around 130 different biscuit and wafer products in bags and other packaging and market them nationally and internationally.

Commercial employee in internal sales (m/f/d)

We are looking for full-time support for our sales department with immediate effect

Your tasks:

• Intensive contact management with our national, and in some cases international, existing and new customers
• Independent order processing and coordination of orders with our product development department and production
• Collaboration in the preparation of individual offers and tenders
• Preparation of presentations and reports
• Preparation and planning of customer visits including participation
• Collaboration with external service providers such as agencies and printers

What you should bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in sales or product marketing
• Experience in the food industry (FMCG sector) is an advantage
• A positive demeanour, coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to provide direct customer support
• An independent and responsible way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers and processes
• Initial experience in project work and in using MS Office 365
• Written and spoken English language skills are an advantage, but not a must
