Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for part-time (25h) support for our accounting department from August.
 

Your tasks:

• Account assignment and posting of digitised incoming invoices
• Execution of the invoice release process by means of invoice release workflow
• Reconciliation of incoming invoices with goods delivery notes of raw materials and recording of supplier evaluation
• Creation of payment proposal lists and execution of the
  weekly payment runs
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and communicate with
  suppliersIn addition, independent bookkeeping of a small
  Company with management of fixed asset accounting
• Preparation of tax returnsPreparation and posting of intercompany invoices
• Other accounting activities and ad hoc analyses.
   

What you should bring with you:

• Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• Skilled in using various IT systems (ERP, S-Firm, MS-Office, eGecko)
• Responsible and structured way of workingTeamability, reliability, high coordination skills and a friendly manner
• Very good written and spoken German required.
