Shift supervisor production packing plants (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Your tasks:
• You are responsible for the technical management of all employees on your shift
• You will coordinate, monitor and instruct production assistants as well as machine and system operators
• You pay particular attention to achieving the calculated plant output
• You ensure that product quantities are adhered to in accordance with the requirements of the production plan
• You are responsible for initiating and carrying out the product changeover in the packaging in compliance with the packaging specification and in consultation with the machine operator
• You are responsible for compliance with quality, hygiene and safety requirements
• You will carry out quality control and documentation of measured values (weights) and labelling (coding, labelling)
• You are responsible for keeping the work areas clean and tidy

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training as a machine and plant operator, food technology specialist or have professional experience in a comparable position
• You have leadership skills and are able to guide employees
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented behaviour is a matter of course for you and working in three-shift operation is no problem for you
• You have a technical understanding of how packaging machines work and how to operate them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
