As of 01.09.2023 we are looking for an

Assistant to the Plant Management (m/f/d)

part-time (25 hrs./week) 

Your tasks:

  • Support and relieve the plant management in organizational as well as administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality
  • Organization, participation and follow-up of meetings and appointments
  • Independent preparation of reports, analyses and presentations
  • Processing of telephone and written correspondence
  • Processing of smaller project tasks in cooperation with the plant management
  • Creating templates for employee communication (notices).

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial/business training, ideally several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Reliable, self-reliant, structured and trustworthy way of working
  • Fast comprehension and commitment
  • Friendly, diplomatic, confident and communicative appearance
  • Flexible adjustment of working hoursIdeally basic knowledge of business administration and project management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken English skills are desirable.
