As of 01.09.2023 we are looking for an
Assistant to the Plant Management (m/f/d)
part-time (25 hrs./week)
Your tasks:
- Support and relieve the plant management in organizational as well as administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality
- Organization, participation and follow-up of meetings and appointments
- Independent preparation of reports, analyses and presentations
- Processing of telephone and written correspondence
- Processing of smaller project tasks in cooperation with the plant management
- Creating templates for employee communication (notices).
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial/business training, ideally several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Reliable, self-reliant, structured and trustworthy way of working
- Fast comprehension and commitment
- Friendly, diplomatic, confident and communicative appearance
- Flexible adjustment of working hoursIdeally basic knowledge of business administration and project management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken English skills are desirable.
